What you'll need Mofajang Hair Color Spray Bottle with Water Steps 1 Start on dry hair. Part hair into sections. 2 Spray hair with water to moisturize. 3 Take a small amount of hair paint wax and rub on hands. Then apply to hair sectioned hair. 4 Move to next section and repeat. 5 Last section. Spray and apply one more time. 6 Add more hair paint wax until you achieve desired color.
